Watch GuideThe twisted and enigmatic film director Willard Wyler is up to his shenanigans once again, and this time he’s zapped our fearless foursome of heroes into the 1950s with a campy horror experience titled Attack of the Radioactive Thing! The plot of this film follows a clumsy government science experiment gone wrong, turning an unsuspecting suburban populace into flesh devouring zombies, while a newly spawned biological menace moves into the ravaged town.
Crogs are aggressive amphibious mutants created by exposure to dangerous radioactive contamination, transforming once-normal aquatic creatures into hostile predators. Recognisable by their distorted features, sharp claws, powerful jaws, and glowing mutated flesh, Crogs are fast-moving and highly territorial. They are capable of traversing both land and water with ease, often attacking in groups to overwhelm their targets. While not as physically imposing as their larger mutated counterparts, their speed, numbers, and relentless aggression make them a constant threat, especially when encountered in swarms. Their grotesque appearance and animalistic behaviour have made them one of the most memorable mutated creatures to emerge from a radioactive outbreak.
The Crog Brute is a massive mutated predator that represents a more advanced and heavily evolved form of the standard Crog. Towering over ordinary creatures, it combines immense physical strength with remarkable aggression, charging relentlessly toward its prey and using its oversized claws and powerful jaws to inflict devastating damage. Its thick, hardened hide provides significant protection against attacks, while its grotesque, radiation-scarred appearance serves as a reminder of the mutations that created it. Although smaller than truly colossal monsters such as Crog-Zilla, the Crog Brute is still a formidable threat, capable of overwhelming groups through sheer power, durability, and relentless ferocity.
Crog-Zilla is a gigantic radioactive sea monster created through extreme mutation, transforming an already dangerous creature into a towering behemoth capable of devastating entire coastal areas. Standing far taller than buildings, it possesses thick armored skin, massive claws, rows of razor-sharp teeth, and a glowing bioluminescent lure that hangs from its head like that of a deep-sea predator. Despite its immense size, Crog-Zilla is surprisingly agile, using powerful leaps, crushing slams, energy attacks, and toxic secretions to overwhelm anything in its path. Its terrifying appearance, thunderous roars, and overwhelming strength make it one of the most feared and iconic creatures to emerge from a radiation-fueled outbreak.
